RED ENERGY CAKES (Winter Digestion Guide)

12 Chinese red dates (jujubes), pitted 1 cup walnuts
8 medjool dates

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until a sticky dough forms. Press into a small dish or roll into balls. Chill for 1 hour before slicing or serving.
